What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
My mother-in-law is in the wedding business, she helps run a venue, and they host bridal parties. My wife met with a representative from DJ sound and light and was very impressed. We got an excellent deal, recommendations, and were plesantly pleased with all of our communication with your company. We weren't worried at all about your services.
What was your overall wedding budget excluding honeymoon and rings?
We tried to keep our wedding budget between $25,000 and $30,000
If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
We were really excited about your services because you offer a wide range of music, we were also excited because you have a great reputation.
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?
We also hired one of your DJ's for some dance lessons. We enjoyed our lessons and we were able to use the time we had with her on our first dance. Kristen was very nice when we originally met her when we signed for your dj services, she was great as a dance instructor as well.
If you could do it over, what would you say was a "do" or "don't" in hiring vendors or planning the day? May we share your answers? Your full name will not be posted.
We used a lot of referrals in hiring our vendors and the best "do" for us was to set up meetings and meet one on one with potential vendors. You get a really good idea if they are going to be a good fit and if they understand the vision you are trying to put together for your special day. You can share my answer.

The only comment I can provide to help provide better assistance is to have the DJ who is assigned to the event contact the customer further in advance so we can develop a better relationship with the DJ.
