What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
Special pricing made your DJ services the most economical for our event. Additionally, your company was recommended by our venue and I felt more comfortable working with Adagio due to their previous experience at Atlas Grill.
What was your overall wedding budget excluding honeymoon and rings?
Our overall budget definitely changed over time. Originally it was 10,000 and we ended up spending nearly double that :)
If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
I utilized an online invitation website for our guest invites. However, our situation was unique. We were already married in a private ceremony in May and had our reception in August which gave me some more time to work through things over the summer. Perhaps if we hosted a more traditional wedding / reception on the same day then using your company for other services would be more appealing.
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?

I really appreciated the phone call that took place the week before the event. It helped me get to know Katie, go through specific details, and she truly took that information and applied it at our reception. The music selection was fun, tasteful, kids got to dance at the beginning... she took guest requests and created a super fun atmosphere. Additionally, Katie took my event timeline and made it a point to come find me or other guests at the appropriate time: cake cutting, speeches, first dance, etc. It was like having a wedding coordinator- she kept our event on schedule or remained flexible if I asked for another 10 minutes here or there before the next task. Katie definitely took our personal preferences and ideas to heart and I honestly did not have a worry at all about the music, lighting, sound, song selection, etc. It was a carefree, fun night and I feel that Katie made the extra effort to touch base with us when she needed to and then just made everything happen. She was easy to work with, always made us feel like our needs were the most important- I am very pleased with our end result by choosing Adagio and having Katie DJ our event.
