What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
We saw you at the Hope Glen Farms wedding event in spring and Adagio also came highly recommended to us by our caterer/wedding coordinator (This Little Piggy Catering).
What was your overall wedding budget excluding honeymoon and rings?
We spent just under $40K; had hoped to be around $25K but ultimately wanted our guests to have a great experience so spent a little more for good vendors/food/drink/entertainment.
If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
We had already begin working with someone for invitations and programs, a close friend of the groom. Gifts, had already registered and did not choose to do any dance instruction prior to our wedding, but had we wanted to, we likely would have used Adagio.
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?
Did not use.
If you could do it over, what would you say was a "do" or "don't" in hiring vendors or planning the day? May we share your answers? Your full name will not be posted.
There is not a lot we would change, there are a lot of things that went less than perfectly, but those are the things we will look back and laugh or smile at. Our DJ experience was WONDERFUL! Troy was super professional, enthusiastic, attentive to coming and speaking to us during the reception and making suggestions to either slowing it down or getting people to dance.....he worked seamlessly and we're so grateful for all of his hard work! And the ceremony went off so well too, thanks to him! He took care to make sure he was well set up at a brand new venue, called and spoke about the day in advance, and even adjusted to the people changing for speeches (a brother groomsmen instead of the best man). Care about pronunciation, all of the little details. We highly recommend him and were lucky to have him, so thank you Troy!

Your Comments and/or Suggestions
The one thing I would improve would be having more country songs readily available that are more upbeat and recent. Not sure how many of your weddings request country music but a lot of the songs we tried to add to our library of must play and play if there's time were not available. However, when we went through our top choices to add, Troy added them with no problem, though they were not in the library, so that was great! Again, our day was so special and memorable and Troy was fantastic; would be happy to be a reference for Adagio as well as Troy as a DJ and his professionalism and excellent dj'ing! Sincerely, Cory and Sarah Pawlicki
