What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
Personal connection. Very nice meeting someone in person during the time you are looking. Thanks Jay for being there to meet us at the wedding showcase. Didn't even consider other DJs after. Also liked the promotional amount and thank you Jay for extending out the date on that.
What was your overall wedding budget excluding honeymoon and rings?
Around 15k
If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
Didn't consider as we didn't want to make invitations/programs a huge part of the budget. Went through Vistaprint and spent around $100 for invitations and maybe a bit more on the programs. Maybe send a sample program to the couple with their personalized information filled out to the best extent you can to provide that wow factor of, "here is what my guests are going to receive!"

Do - meet the vendor for the personal connection, get opinions from all planning the wedding (i.e. Parents), know the budget your willing to spend as the "add ons" can get out of hand Don't - feel you have to include everything (i.e. special effects, the best possible package, etc) as our day was great with the standard package of things, wait until the last minute!, over complicate

Loved Zach! Into the music and provided great energy without being over the top. Would recommend him to anyone. Also have to say that he went above the call of duty and helped my mother in law with moving a big fan to the dance floor and she remembers that! All the song choices were spot on and kept people dancing the whole time. Can't say enough good things about his service. Overall, one complaint I do have is the "add on fee" of the extra hour of time as well as the fee that would have been charged for the speaker outside. Started around the $600 mark but went close to 1k after all is said and done which $400 of add ons seemed excessive. Maybe I'm being too critical and compared to the rest of the industry this is standard, but felt the add on was a bit much for one hour more of time. Didn't end up going with the equipment outside because of the $200 extra cost there. All in all though, you provide great service and have a wonderful DJ in Zach. Thanks for the great day!
