If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
We only hired out DJ, food, and bar. We did everything else ourselves to cut costs and also make sure there was a consistent look/feel to everything, something that we didn't trust a company/organization with.
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?

DON'T take on all of the planning duties yourself. It's very frustrating, time consuming, and requires a lot of hours of work. DO remember that the day is about you and your bride. That gets lost a lot when planning for however many guests you're expecting and debating what they might like, what's good for them, how they'll experience it all. Obviously that's important, but don't let that overshadow your ceremony, your needs, or your wants on what many call the biggest day of your life. Also, guests won't remember the food unless it's bad. :)

DJ Alex was phenomenal. Though we were a little upset at how close to the event our DJ was assigned to us. One of the reasons we went with Adagio was that we were guaranteed to be put in touch with our DJ at least two weeks before the wedding, where other services basically told us our DJ could be counted on to arrive on time on the day. So when we were 10 days out and still didn't have a DJ assignment, it was frustrating. All told, though, DJ Alex was amazing and we would recommend him over and over again. Very attentive. Danced all night long. Lots of energy and very friendly.
