Your Comments and/or Suggestions
At times I was confused about who we were working with because several different people would respond to our emails. Also, we are generally good tippers, but it is hard for us to feel good about tipping in advance. If there is a service fee, I'd rather have it incorporated into the price and then I could tip according to how I feel about the service. That said, I was a bit delinquent in communicating to Adagio some of the details of the day ahead of time. I am very sorry about that. I know it makes it difficult to plan on your end. Overall we are very happy. Thank you very much.
