What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
I was impressed with the website which allowed us to make requests and fill out event information prior to the wedding date. I really don't recall which others we considered - we did speak with another DJ at a wedding fair but was not impressed with the level of professionalism in their presentation. Others I looked at online but was turned off if the website design was poorly crafted. I think a sharp and organized website can say a lot about the level of professionalism and service a company has to offer.
What was your overall wedding budget excluding honeymoon and rings?

If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
We chose not to do dance instruction at all and I did a lot of DIY on the other items, so I did not have a need for additional services.

If you could do it over, what would you say was a "do" or "don't" in hiring vendors or planning the day? May we share your answers? Your full name will not be posted.
I don't think that we would do much differently from what we actually did. The only "do" I can think of is to make sure that the person who is in charge of the event space will oversee the entire event from start to finish to ensure that their employees are living up to the contract terms rather than promising a service and not delivering.

I thought that at times the dinner music could have been a bit louder. Dan also said that he had a problem playing some of the songs on a CD we provided with music that we really wanted to have played at our reception. When we returned home, we did not have a problem playing any of the songs that we provided which is a bit disappointing. Overall the service was great and Dan was wonderful and easy to work with.
