If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
we had already purchased invitations and did the programs ourselves to minimize costs
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?
If you could do it over, what would you say was a "do" or "don't" in hiring vendors or planning the day? May we share your answers? Your full name will not be posted.
DO: meet with everyone in person; and pick the three kinds of vendors that are most important to you to set your date-- for us, it was the venue, the photographer, and the reception music. If you're able to get what you want in the areas most important to you, everything else will be easier to handle DON'T: limit costs by type of vendor (e.g. this much for flowers, this much for music) before you meet with everyone. You will want to spend your money on the vendors you feel most comfortable with, regardless of if they're a bit more than you hoped (or less). At the end of the day, being able to trust them and that they will follow through flawlessly is worth it

Your Comments and/or Suggestions
At our initial meeting, you told us that we needed to be involved with the dance. Of everything, we think that was the best advice we got from anyone. It truly made the event wonderful for everyone! We were very happy with the music selection and many of the guests went out of their way to tell us how much fun they had during the dance. Great job!
