What do you feel was the biggest factor in your decision to hire us when comparing to other companies (price, advertising, song list)? Do you recall any other DJ services you considered?
Being able to meet the DJ's was great and ask questions at the meet and mingle. The company appeared professional and had a lot of experience.

If you did not use us for invitations, programs, gifts, or dance instruction can you tell us what affected your decision and/or what we can offer that would have been more attractive to you?
It was confusing with the invitations as it was an online process to select. If it was offered to have someone sit with us in person to review invitations we would have done so. We did not choose to go through Adajio with this and instead went through our wedding consultant who sat with us.
If you did use us for any of our additional services can you tell us what your motivating factor was and if you were pleased with the service?

Your Comments and/or Suggestions
The only comment I have outside of the above was that it was not made clear that certain DJ's we may be talking to at the meet and mingle were an Additional $200.00. We were under the impression that by attending the meet and mingle we simply could choose a DJ with NO extra cost. I felt this was sort of a "trap" and it definitely worked out in your company's favor as we attended the meet and mingle and ended up really liking a DJ that had more experience than the others hence your additional charge. I understand you charging more for you what service is offered based on experience level, but I really would have appreciated knowing on the front end that certain DJ's cost more than others. It was hard to part with an extra $200.00 that far into the planning process. That felt frustrating to me and that it could have been handled better. We did really enjoy Ryan as our DJ. He did an excellent job and were very pleased with his services.
